Century star Shivarajakumar was in zoom to talk about his ongoing project ‘Santheyalli Ninta Kabira’ and ‘Killing Veerappan’. When the suggestion came for ‘Killing Veerappan’ as caption – Right Man, he burst out in laughter. Here are the excerpts of an interview:

·We thought of Amitabh bachchan for Santha Kabir father role. Then we are having in mind Mithun Chakrabarthy.

·The film ‘Santheyalli Ninta Kabira’ is at international standards. I have not gone through the Bhishma Sahani work on this regard. Director Narendra Babu has worked on it very seriously and his approach is very good.

·Doing so many roles in social films, this is on one side and this one is extremely different. We should not give the feel of anyone character.

·We have shot for four days in around Kanwa river. One day the rain disturbed shooting. One song featuring Sanusha was shot. In the court scene Sarathkumar as King participated.

·For me it was wonderful experience. I saw my father film ‘Mahatma Kabhir’ once. I have as for as possible gone in to the skin of acting.

·It was getting up when the king arrives. The Santha should not bend or give other look. I was very cautious. I think when 60 percent of the role you get in, the process is easy.

·Knowing of Hindi and knowledge of Doha is also very important.

·Coming back to ‘Killing Veerappan’ – this is going to be 25 days work for me. Every alternate day Ramgopal Verma is discussing on film.
